Audi S1 is making its public debut at Geneva Auto Show with fully loaded engines. The Audi S1 hatchback is propelled by Audi's 2.0 TFSI four-cylinder, to generate an ample amount of power with 228 horsepower and 279 Lb-Ft of torque and exclusively mated with a six-speed manual transmission plus all-wheel drive technology. The compelling combo make the S1 to go from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just 5.8 seconds on a standard trim while took 0.1 seconds extra on Sportback version. It has a top speed of 155 mph while fuel economy is rated at an average 40.3 mpg in the UK cycle. The S1 also gets an entirely different four-link autonomous suspension to reinstate the less classy torsion beam setup which was found in the standard Audi A1 models. Styling of the S1 also gets a boost in dynamism that suits the S1's performance upgrades as well as a new body kit with a lower front air stem and 17-inch wheels, Xenon headlights are standard on S1, LED taillights and there are two new colours Vegas Yellow and Sepang Blue for the exterior. The interior gets mixture of leather and cloth sport seats, piano black trim and a retractable 6.5-inch colour infotainment display. In first quarter of 2014, the S1 will go on sale in Europe. Prices are expected to start at £24,900 for three door versions and £25,650 for a five door version.
